I had a really lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful grounds and scenic views. The spa experience was relaxing, and the dining options offered great meals. However, the overall service could improve and I faced some inconvenience when looking for food late at night. It was also a bit noisy due to road traffic, which detracted from my comfort at times.

I had a lovely time during my stay. The property boasts beautiful grounds and a charming atmosphere. While the service was hit or miss, with some staff being exceptional and others not so friendly, the comfortable rooms made up for it. I had a memorable stay with great amenities and beautiful grounds. The Vintage Room banquet area was perfect for our event, and the service provided by Kelly Burnett was seamless. While the location is lovely and well-kept, there were a few issues during our wedding that left room for improvement in customer service. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for special occasions, but I hope management addresses the service inconsistencies.
